The Malvern Rooms
The Malvern Rooms are located in a recently renovated large older style building and 2 outbuildings connected by an undercover walkway. There are 12 good sized consulting rooms, a waiting room, staff kitchen and separate staff-room. There are 5 on-site parking spots as well as excellent access to long term parking in Malvern Rd and nearby side streets.
Pricing
Casual Rates per calendar month are:
First 5 bookings - $29 per booking + gst
Next 15 bookings - $24 per booking + gst
Next 15 bookings - $17.50 per booking + gst
Next 15 bookings - $13 per booking + gst
Any further bookings are $11 per booking + gst
Two rooms in smaller building available at same rates minus $5 (medium room) or $7 (small room) per booking. These rooms are also available for permanent bookings at low rates.
Facilities
The rooms provide wi-fi access, a multi-merchant eftpos facility which is also able to process medicare payments/rebates and access to printing and copying. There is a comfortable waiting room and a kitchen with tea and coffee provided for practitioners and a separate staff room. Storage lockers are available to regular room users.
Public Transport
The rooms are on the Malvern Rd tram route and about 10 mins walk to Tooronga station.
Parking
There are 5 onsite parking spaces and very good street parking. On one side of Malvern Rd there is unlimited parking all day after 9 am and on the other side unlimited all day until 4.30 pm. There is also many 4 hour spaces a few minutes walk away.
